20 Day Celery Juice Challenge

By the title you might be wondering what’s wrong with me for wanting to do a CELERY juice challenge... and to have the audacity to ask you to join me. I promise nothing is wrong with me.


Back in 2018 my skin started breaking out with a mix of cystic acne and rosacea. I desperately tried many many at home remedies and you guessed it, Celery Juice gave me results.


Some benefits of Celery Juice are:

  • Increased Hydration: celery is mostly made up of water & will help hydrate your skin if you’re not already drinking enough water.

If you’re dehydrated your skin can look dull, which can enhance wrinkles.

  • Alkalize your body: when you are toxin free on the inside, it radiates and shows on the outside on your skin.

  • Celery is a SUPERFOOD. It contains skin loving vitamins A, K, B, and C.

  • Celery can improve skin elasticity and can help firm your skin, which can help reduce wrinkles.

  • Eliminates pimples and acne. Celery contains antibacterial properties, which can help fight breakout and oiliness on your skin.


Of course, the juice along with a healthy balanced plant based diet, proper skincare, low stress levels, changing my bed sheets often, among many other factors helped me.


I totally recommend giving this juice a try, it’s super simple & easy to make at home.
